Swansons Blossom Shop is a family owned and operated shop. The owners, Helen and Abe Schneider, have been in the floral business over fifty years! Now, they are joined by their two daughters, Sharon Liss and Renee Becker.

"Our reputation is our best recommendation.” We are truly a service business and are here to give people exactly what they want. Our unique variety of fresh flowers is premium quality and we have a huge selection of exotics delivered daily from all over the world. In addition, we stock many green and flowering plants. Carnations and mums ARE NOT used in our custom arrangements. However, we are able to design any of the Teleflora items featured in this site, if desired.

Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, corporate events, as well as, weekly flowers to both individuals and major corporations are another aspect of our business. Our highly talented designers can create flowers to suit all your needs-large or small!

We take pride in the quality of our work and products. If within 24 hours, you feel there is a problem, please phone us at once. We will replace your arrangement if notified within this time period.

Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

We are closed on Sundays except to service special events and funerals.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 3 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Yom Kippur.

However ,our delivery area is quite extensive. We provide daily deliveries to Deerfield, as well as, 160 additional suburbs on a daily basis. Same day service is available if the order is placed.

A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each Deerfield order, for each address. For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, this fee will vary. U.S. orders must be received before 10am in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Sunday deliveries are available for special events and funerals. Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
